If we receive a valid counter‑notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. We may restore the material not less than 10 and not more than 14 business days after we send the counter‑notice, unless our Designated Agent receives notice that the complainant filed a court action seeking to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity.
We may, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, terminate accounts of users who are deemed repeat infringers. A typical threshold is three (3) valid strikes within a rolling 12‑month period, but we reserve the right to act sooner in egregious cases. Attempts to evade enforcement (e.g., creating new accounts) may result in permanent bans.
DMCA applies to copyrighted works regardless of how they were created. If you allege infringement involving AI‑generated or AI‑edited content, clearly identify the copyrighted material allegedly copied and provide comparison details sufficient for evaluation.
DMCA covers copyright only. For trademark or other complaints, email [email protected] with supporting details. We handle those under separate policies and laws.
Under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), any person who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be liable for damages (including costs and attorney's fees). Please file responsibly.
We do not accept notices via social media or support chat.
