Terms of Service

1) Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Fauxto Labs ("Service"), which offers AI-powered image, video, and audio generation, including LoRA model hosting and voice cloning tools. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2) Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be 18+ (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• Provide accurate registration info and keep your credentials confidential.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or risk.

3) Your Content & Licenses

• You own prompts, uploads, LoRA weights you create or upload, voice samples, and Outputs (together, "User Content").
• You grant Fauxto Labs a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, revocable license to host, process, and transmit User Content only to operate the Service (render jobs, storage, safety checks, support, backups).
• No training without consent: We do not use private User Content to train foundation models unless you opt in. Aggregated/de-identified analytics may be used to improve reliability.

4) Rights & Consents for Likeness/Voice

You represent and warrant that for any person whose likeness, name, image, or voice you upload or attempt to clone:

• you have documented, written consent that is valid in their jurisdiction;
• your use does not violate publicity/privacy/biometric laws;
• if the person is a minor, you have verifiable parental consent; otherwise don't use the feature;
• you will honor any revocation of consent and promptly delete related assets upon request.

5) Prohibited Uses (zero tolerance)

You will not use the Service to:

• infringe IP or publicity rights; create non-consensual deepfakes; impersonate; deceive;
• violate election, biometric, or consumer protection laws;
• produce sexually explicit content of real people without written consent; any CSAM;
• target or harass individuals; incite violence; generate malware;
• reverse engineer, scrape, or bypass any security or usage limits.

Fauxto Labs may block, remove, or report content and suspend accounts at its discretion.

7) Credits, Billing, & Refunds

• Credits and subscriptions are displayed at checkout. Taxes/fees extra.
• When charged: We deduct credits when a job is submitted to generation infrastructure. If a job fails for reasons on our side, we auto-refund credits; otherwise refunds are discretionary.
• No resale of credits. Credits may expire after 12 months.
• Chargebacks may trigger suspension.

8) IP Policy, Takedowns, Repeat Infringers

We comply with applicable copyright and trademark laws. Submit notices to: [email protected]. On valid notice, we may remove content, disable access, and terminate repeat infringers. Counter-notices accepted per law.

12) Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold Fauxto Labs, its officers, employees, and contractors harmless from claims arising from your User Content, use of Outputs, or violation of these Terms or laws (including right-of-publicity/biometric claims).

• Governing law: State of California, excluding conflict-of-laws rules.
• Binding arbitration & class-action waiver: Any dispute will be resolved by individual arbitration under AAA. No class actions or class arbitration. You may opt out within 30 days of acceptance by emailing [email protected] with subject "Arbitration Opt-Out."

We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a revised date. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app. Continued use means acceptance.
