I can’t sign in to my account
Almost always a sign-in method mismatch — use the same method you originally signed up with.
Use the method you signed up with
This is the cause of most sign-in problems. If you created your account with a social login and later try email and password on the same address, you are not signing in to the same account — you are creating or entering a second, empty one. Your work and credits are still safe in the original account; you just need to sign in the way you first did.
A clue: if you sign in and see an empty Library and 0 credits on an account you know you have used, you are almost certainly in a duplicate account rather than looking at lost data.
Forgotten password
Use the password reset option on the sign-in screen. The reset email can take a minute and may land in spam.
Unverified email
Accounts created with email and password must be verified before they are fully created. If you never clicked the link, request a new verification email.
Browser problems
Privacy extensions and strict cookie blocking can prevent a session from being established. Try a private window with extensions disabled to rule this out.
