Annual billing saves about 13 to 14% per month on every tier. Monthly is charged every month; annual is charged once for the year.
Change your plan from account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current period.
Your plan renews on the same date each period, and the credit allocation is granted when the renewal payment succeeds.
Most failed payments are a declined or expired card. Update your payment method and the charge will be retried.

Receipts are emailed automatically for every charge, and your full billing history is available in account settings.
Cancel from account settings. You keep your plan and your credits until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Credits for generations that fail on our side are refunded automatically. Other refunds are reviewed case by case — contact support with the details.
