A receipt is emailed to your billing address automatically every time a payment goes through — both subscription renewals and one-off credit top-ups. Search your inbox for the charge date if you cannot find it.
Getting a copy later
Your billing history is available in the billing section of account settings, where you can view past charges and download the documents you need for expenses.
Business details, VAT and tax IDs
If you need a company name, address or VAT/tax identification number to appear on your invoices, contact support with the exact details and we will get them added to your billing record.
