How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel from account settings. You keep your plan and your credits until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- 1Open the user menu in the top bar and go to account settings.
- 2Open the subscription section.
- 3Choose to cancel, and confirm.
What happens next
- Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. You are not cut off immediately.
- You will not be charged again.
- Credits already in your balance stay in your account.
- Your generations, Library and Projects are all unaffected — cancelling a subscription is not the same as deleting your account.
- After the period ends you can keep using the platform and buy top-ups, just at the non-subscriber rate of $12 per 1,000 credits.
Cancelling does not automatically issue a refund for the current period. If you believe you are owed one, request it separately.
If you are cancelling because a plan is more than you need, consider downgrading to a smaller tier or a smaller credit allocation instead — Beginner starts at $20 a month on annual billing.
