Do my credits expire or roll over?

Credits do not expire. There is no time limit on a balance, whether the credits came from a subscription, a one-off top-up, a Challenge or the Creator Program.

Unused credits roll over

When your plan renews, that month’s allocation is added to whatever you already had rather than replacing it. If you finish a month with 400 credits left and your plan grants 1,000, you start the new month with 1,400. Nothing is lost for going a month without generating much.

If you cancel a subscription

Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access to it during that time. Credits already in your balance stay in your account after it ends, so you can keep spending them without a plan. Cancelling does not trigger a cash refund of unused credits.

Transfers and resale

Credits cannot be resold, and they cannot be transferred between accounts. If you need shared credits across a group, look at team plans rather than moving credits between individual accounts.
