How do credits work?
Credits are the single currency for every model and tool on the platform. The exact cost is always shown before you generate.
One credit balance covers everything — images, video, music, voice, 3D, and every guided workflow — regardless of which lab’s model is doing the work. There are no per-model paywalls and nothing is locked behind a higher tier.
You always see the price first
The exact credit cost appears on the generate button before you commit, and it updates live as you change model, resolution, duration or number of outputs. Nothing is ever charged without that number being visible first. In the AI Agent, every step shows an approval card with its cost before it runs.
When credits are deducted
Credits are deducted at the moment a job is submitted to the generation infrastructure, not when it finishes. If a job fails for a reason on our side, the credits are refunded to your balance automatically.
Where credits come from
- 100 welcome credits when you verify your email on a new account
- A monthly allocation if you subscribe to a plan
- One-off top-ups you can buy at any time, with or without a subscription
- Bonus credits from completing Challenges
- Bonus credits earned through the Creator Program
Credits do not expire and unused ones roll over month to month. They cannot be resold or transferred between accounts.
