Create an account and verify your email, and 100 credits are added to your balance. That is enough for 50 images on Z Image, 10 on Nano Banana 2, or a 20 second draft video on Seedance 1.5 Lite. The Image Generator is the simplest place to start.
Credits are the single currency across every tool. Images cost from 2 credits, and almost every video model is priced per second of output, so a 5 second clip at 12 credits per second is 60. The exact cost is always shown on the page before you generate. Credits never expire, and unused ones roll over rather than resetting at renewal.
Credits are deducted when a job is submitted. If it fails on our side, they are refunded automatically, usually within a few minutes. If a failed generation has not been refunded after that, email us with the date and what you were making.
Images are typically quick. Video depends heavily on the model: Hailuo Lite is around 1 to 2 minutes, Sora 2 is 2 to 4, Sora 2 Pro is 3 to 5, VEO 3.1 Fast is 4 to 6, and VEO 3.1 is the longest at 6 to 8 minutes. Queues can add time at peak.
Yes. You own the rights to your outputs and can use them commercially, including in client work and paid advertising. There are limits that come from the law rather than from us, such as depicting real people without consent.
Images come down as JPG, PNG or WebP, video as MP4, audio as MP3 or WAV, and 3D models as GLB, FBX, OBJ or USDZ. You can bulk download up to 200 items as a ZIP from your Library, and nothing is removed automatically, so there is no deadline to save your work.
Both, at any time, from your account settings. Cancelling keeps your plan active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and credits already in your balance stay in your account afterwards.
