No. We do not use private user content to train foundation models unless you opt in — and we do not train models at all.
No. Our terms are explicit: we do not use private user content to train foundation models unless you opt in. Aggregated and de-identified analytics may be used to improve reliability, which is a different thing entirely from feeding your work into model training.
We are not a model developer
Worth adding context: Fauxto Labs does not train AI models of any kind. Every model on the platform is built by another lab — Google, OpenAI, ByteDance, Black Forest Labs and the rest. We integrate them. There is no in-house model for your content to be training.
What happens to your uploads
Your content is hosted, processed and transmitted only to operate the service: to run your generation job, store the result in your Library, perform safety checks, provide support and keep backups.
