What am I not allowed to make?
No non-consensual deepfakes, impersonation, sexual content of real people without consent, harassment, or anything involving minors.
You may not use Fauxto Labs to:
- Infringe intellectual property or publicity rights, create non-consensual deepfakes, impersonate anyone, or deceive
- Violate election, biometric or consumer protection laws
- Produce sexually explicit content of real people without written consent — and never any content sexualising minors
- Target or harass individuals, incite violence, or generate malware
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or bypass any security measure or usage limit
Fauxto Labs may block, remove or report content and suspend accounts at its discretion. There is zero tolerance for content involving minors.
Two layers of enforcement
Our own safety checks apply, and so do those of the lab whose model you are using. Each provider has its own filters, which is why an identical prompt can be refused on one model and allowed on another. Neither layer is something we can override on request.
