How do I report a bug or request a feature?

Use the contact page for both bugs and feature requests. Feedback genuinely shapes what gets built — a good deal of the roadmap comes from user requests.

What to include in a bug report

• What you expected to happen, and what actually happened
• Which tool and which model you were using
• The exact error message, ideally as a screenshot
• Your browser and operating system
• Whether it happens every time or only sometimes
• If credits were involved, the approximate time so we can find the transaction

For feature requests

Describe the outcome you are trying to reach rather than the feature you have in mind. Often there is already a way to do it, and if there is not, understanding the goal leads to a better solution than implementing the literal request.
