The site won’t load or is behaving strangely
A hard refresh clears most problems. If that fails, try a private window to rule out extensions and cached files.
- 1Hard refresh the page — Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac. This clears cached files that may be stale.
- 2Open the site in a private or incognito window. If it works there, the problem is a browser extension or your cache.
- 3Disable ad blockers and privacy extensions for the site. These sometimes block the requests needed to sign in or upload.
- 4Try a different browser. We support current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari.
- 5Check your connection, especially if uploads or video playback are the thing failing.
Work in progress is not lost by refreshing. Generations continue server-side and results are saved to your Library regardless of what the page is doing.
If none of that helps, report it with your browser, your operating system, and what you were doing when it broke. A screenshot of any error message speeds things up considerably.
