My upload isn’t working
Check the file format and size limits for the tool you are using, and try a standard JPG, PNG or MP4.
Supported formats
Images should be JPG, PNG or WebP. Video should be MP4. Audio should be MP3 or WAV. Unusual formats — HEIC from an iPhone, RAW files, MOV from some cameras — are the most common cause of a failed upload. Converting to a standard format resolves it.
Size limits
- Video Audio accepts uploads up to 100 MB
- Voice Clone accepts audio samples up to 25 MB, and needs at least 10 seconds
- Very large images may be rejected — resize to a reasonable resolution before uploading
Reference limits
The Image Editor takes up to 6 reference images, though Qwen edit models take 3. Marketing Room takes up to 3 reference videos. If you attach more than a tool allows, the extras are dropped.
Other things to try
- 1Refresh the page and try again — an expired session can silently break uploads.
- 2Try a different browser, or disable extensions that block requests.
- 3Check your connection. Large video uploads fail on unstable networks.
